About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional who specializes in marketing. Both recent graduates and those with relevant experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should be creative, innovative, and up-to-date with current trends. 

This role is currently offered as a hybrid role with time spent at our Mississauga, ON office. 

 

Base Salary: $52,000 – $60,000 annually

 

Reporting to: Director of Marketing and Clinical Science 

 

Job Description:

As a Junior Product Management Specialist, you will work with the team to develop engaging product strategies and support the launch of new products to the market. Your focus will be on creating innovative campaigns that highlight the value proposition of our products. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field. 
  • Experience: While not required, experience in product launches or in the medical devices and pharmaceuticals sector is a plus. 
  • Utilize knowledge of graphic design, preferably with proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Generate innovative ideas and design effective campaigns. 
  • Work in a team and collaborate across different departments, fostering a creative environment. 
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to new trends and priorities. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field 
  • Experience in the dental and medical industry is an asset. 
  • Graphic Design Skills: Strong knowledge of graphic design, preferably with proficiency in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). 
  • Creativity: Able to generate innovative ideas and design effective campaigns. 
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey our strategies and proposals clearly and persuasively. 
  • Proficient multilingual skills is an asset 
  • Collaboration: Ability to work in a team and collaborate across different departments, fostering a creative environment. 
  • Adaptability: Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adjust to new trends and priorities.
