The Lake of the Woods District Hospital is actively seeking Nurse Practitioners who are dynamic, driven, and thrive in a collaborative team setting. We have roles available in the Hospital’s new Fast Track Clinic in the Emergency department and with the Mental Health and Addictions department, each with specific qualifications outlined in the respective position links below.

We’re creating history through being one of the first 24 Ontario Health Teams and being an active partner in the healthcare transformation that is occurring in the province.
