Description
This role is responsible for providing general nursing care while functioning as a member of both nursing and multi-disciplinary teams within the Mental Health and Addictions portfolio, including Morningstar Centre and Rapid Access Addition Medicine (RAAM) programs and ensuring client needs are met.

Qualifications
- Currently registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
- Specialized training or certification in concurrent disorders preferred
- Firm understanding of concurrent disorders and associated treatment modalities
- Knowledge, skills and experience in assessment, treatment & rehabilitation, crisis management, advocacy and principles of PSR
- Ability to work as a team and collaborate with others including members from other community organizations
- Advanced skills in reasoning, problem solving, decision-making and workload organization
- Advanced communication skills
- Previous experience working as a member of a multi-disciplinary team
- Valid Ontario Driver’s License
- Access to a reliable vehicle and acceptable insurance
- Must have demonstrated regular attendance at work
- Required to work flexible hours and rotating shift
- Reliable attendance record
