We currently have over 35 staff in the field, and we are continuing to grow our team and our now looking for a Plumbing Estimator to help with our residential construction projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the plumbing bidding phase during tendering
- Review request for proposals issued by clients
- Finalize and compile tender documents for review and submission
- Support sub-contract, proposal, and estimating strategies
- Apply technical experience to interpret documentation, specifications, and drawings
- Prepare quantity take-offs for labour and material costing
- Prepare BOMs to support procurement requirements
- Prepare submission schedules and manpower loading profile
- Review and evaluate vendor and sub-contractor quotes
- Work with the Construction Manager to select and equipment and subcontractors for projects
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of plumbing experience in light commercial or industrial construction
- Excellent computing background, including experience with MS Office and estimating software packages
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including the company's Health & Safety program
- Strong time management skills & high attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to handle multiple priorities and project deadlines
- Valid driver's license
